Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data

You may send us an email at info@sunkarawellness.com to request access to, correct, or delete personal data that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal data except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or negatively impact the information’s accuracy.

Data Security

Despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.

We retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice. Children’s Online Privacy

We do not direct our app to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected or received personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
